A: CZ-USA is voluntarily initiating a recall to protect the safety of its customers, and is committed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. During routine quality testing, CZ-USA learned of a potential safety issue with the CZ 600 bolt-action rifles. It was determined that if the barrel is improperly installed, it is possible that the rifle could still be fired, but potentially result in a catastrophic failure. CZ-USA will correct this issue by permanently installing the barrels in CZ 600 rifles. As a result, the barrels on CZ 600 rifles will no longer be interchangeable
A. CZ-USA is not aware of any injuries to members of the public, and is taking proactive steps.
A. The recall covers all CZ 600 bolt-action rifles.
A. We will be replacing and permanently affixing the screws that hold the barrel in place.

A. CZ-USA is making every effort to return your rifle as soon as possible within thirty (30) days from date of receipt.
A. If you have more than ten (10) serial numbers, please contact CZ-USA’s Customer Service line at 913-413-1825, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm CDT.

A. Federal law allows you to ship the rifle directly to CZ-USA for repair purposes and for CZ-USA to ship it directly back to you. Certain states may require the rifle to be returned to you through an FFL. If allowed by your state, you can ship it to CZ-USA at any FedEx shipping center.

A. Yes, you may if you are more comfortable with that. Please have the retailer or gunsmith include a copy of their FFL in the shipping box. Furthermore, please be advised your FFL may charge additional fees for their service and CZ-USA is unable to reimburse you for these additional charges.
A. No, you need to provide a physical delivery address for us to return your rifle to you via FedEx.
