1 January 2001, The California Department of Justice requires that all pistols sold in their state pass a quality/performance test.
The CZ 83 in .380 is the civilian version of the Military CZ 82. The CZ 83 is an all steel blow back operated pistol with ambidextrous safeties and magazine release. The CZ 83’s small size (6.8″ long, 5.0″ high) make it a natural for concealed carry.
